The original recipe. A large measure of citrus vodka shaken with Cointreau
fresh lime & a hint of cranberry juice.

BRAMBLE 2 units
Tanqueray® gin mixed with fresh lemon juice & sugar over crushed ice
laced with creme de mure.

MOJITO 2 units
The Cuban classic. Havana 3year rum, lime juice, brown sugar & fresh mint
served long over crushed ice (also available with strawberry, peach,
pineapple, ginger or kiwi).

COLLINS 2 units
A simple mix of Tanqueray® gin, lemon juice & sugar. Try this with
strawberries..!

CAPIRINAH 2.1 units
Traditional Brazilian cocktail with cachaca, fresh lime & brown sugar
(also available with strawberry, peach, kiwi, ginger or pineapple).

MARGARITA 2.3 units
A perfect mix of Jose© Cuervo® tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and a half
salt rim.

FUNKI MARY 2 units
A spicy blend of SMIRNOFF BLACK® chilli infused vodka, Tabasco,
wostershire sauce, lime juice and tomato juice.

LONG ISLAND, LONG BEACH AND TOKYO ICE TEA 3 units
SMIRNOFF BLACK® vodka, Tanqueray® gin ,rum, triple sec, tequila lemon
juice, topped with coke, cranberry for long beach or lemonade for Tokyo
with a dash of Midori.

KLUTE STAWBERRY PUNCH 2.5 units
SMIRNOFF BLACK® vodka shaken with strawberry puree, wild strawberry
liquor, lemon juice & sugar. Topped with lovely bubbly.

LEMON SORBET 2.4 units
Limonchello, Cointreau & SMIRNOFF BLACK® vodka blended with lemon
juice & sugar.

RUM & GINGER PUNCH 2 units
Fresh muddled ginger & lime mixed with pineapple juice &
Mount Gay rum.

JAPANESE SLIPPER 2.2 units
Simply melon liquor, Cointreau & lemon juice shaken then strained.

MISS MARTINI 2.1units
SMIRNOFF BLACK® vodka shaken with, raspberry puree, Chambord,
raspberries & cream.

TRULY BRITISH 2 units
An extremely delicate mix of elderflower cordial, Tanqueray® gin, freshly
muddled cucumber, lemon juice and game shaken and doubled strained.

MINT JULIP 2 units
A kind of whisky based mojito made with fresh mint, lime juice, sugar and
Johnnie Walker® Black Label® whisky served over crushed ice.

NUTERLY HAZEL 2.2 units
A delicious mixture of Baileys® Irish cream, Kaluha, Frangelico and honey
shaken with milk and cream.

STRAWBERRY AND BASIL MARTINI 2.1units
Muddled fresh basil and strawberries shaken with creme de fraises and
premium SMIRNOFF BLACK® vodka.

HONEYDEW MELON MARTINI 2 units
SMIRNOFF BLACK® vodka mixed with honeydew melon, lemon juice and
gomme shaken and double strain.
